Landscaping Makeover The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the entrance to the community from Westover onto Old Creek Crossing has received a landscaping makeover! This much needed improvement to the community is in direct response to members of the Association that regularly use this entrance as their main point to enter and exit the community.
Playground Projects Some wonderful additions have been made to the playground and barbeque areas in Laurel Oak Ranch. We have added a shelter to allow for better picnics and events. The picnic area has power outlets for electronic devices, water to clean up and cool down as well as fans to keep cool in the summer. We have added 2 new barbeque grills and brand new playground equipment; including toys for toddlers. We hope that you are able to get out in the neighborhood and enjoy the new additions. Please note that the shelter is not available to rent for special events, use is on a first come, first served basis. When enjoying the playground and picnic shelter, please ensure that all trash is disposed of in the trash cans provided and the area is left clean.
